Shipping to the U.S.

Currently, we are offering shipping provided by our own delivery drivers with white glove service including desk setup and assembly in your craft room on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states except for California, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

For California, Utah, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming, Freight shipping is available at cost. While we do charge a fee for shipping at the time you place your order, when the order is ready to be shipped an updated shipping quote is obtained. If the shipping quote exceeds what was charged, we may reach out to you to arrange alternate shipping options which may include an additional shipping fee to make up the difference. Ultimate Craft Co. will pay for the crate materials and the labor necessary to properly pack each crate but we will not be responsible for shipping carrier rate increases. If alternate shipping options are not agreed to, you can accept a full refund prior to shipping.

Most orders ship within 6-8 weeks.

Our standard shipping method Ultimate Craft Co, for large furniture items. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Payments

Our furniture is custom made for each order, and as such, cancelling an order will incur the following fees based on this time table.

First 5 days after placing an order - $50 Service Fee for Order Cancellation

6-21 days after placing an order - 50% of order total can be refunded, 100% of shipping fee can be refunded for cancelled orders.

22 or more days after placing an order and prior to shipping - 0% of the order total can be refunded, 100% of the shipping fee can be refunded for cancelled orders.

After Shipping, 0% of the order can be refunded for cancelled orders.

Received Orders

All sales are final upon shipping. If we deliver a desk to you and there is a material defect in the furniture, we will endeavor, in good faith, to resolve any issue that is identified. If you alter the furniture, we may not be able to provide you with an issue resolution. If, over time, a desk top begins to warp, cup, or bow, Ultimate Craft Co. may replace the top or fix the desktop, at its discretion.
